Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, India
Once acting as the sole terminal for both domestic and international flights, Terminal 1 at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) now exclusively handles domestic carriers. Recently revamped, it is now the largest domestic terminal in India and boasts an enhanced annual passenger handling capacity.
Now, with the capacity to handle 40 million passengers, Terminal 1 welcomes passengers with a modern and spacious layout. The high ceilings at T1 enhance the sense of space and breathability. We worked with the airports team to deliver our Contact seating system throughout the new Node and Pier sections of T1.
Along with the 3500+ bespoke seat spaces, we also supplied Indira Gandhi International Airport with our own Zoeftig Boost power units which feature mains, USBa and USBc under seat power facilities for passengers.
