With over 50 years’ experience in the design, manufacture and supply of intelligent seating solutions, Zoeftig is renowned throughout the transport sectors across the globe for its high quality construction and innovation.
The repurchasing of the entire business, which was formally under the ownership of Figueras Seating Solutions, will drive the continued success and expansion of the Zoeftig brand worldwide.
Supported by Zoeftig’s long-established and experienced Senior Management Team, the repurchase will accelerate new opportunities for the business throughout the aviation, transport and healthcare sectors.
This also includes growth throughout the education, theatre and sports industries through Zoeftig’s subsidiary, SIS Global Seating, designer and manufacturer of high quality multi-purpose auditorium seating solutions.
